Customer Entry Token Unit

Customer Entry Display Unit is used for initial entry of the customer information and selection of the services required. It can be single or multiple units placed at the entrance of the area. QSENSE supports two versions of Customer Entry Display Unit.

android based

This mode is the most frequently used. It consists of an android based tablet and a QSENSE Customer Entry app.

iOS based

This system is used at high end areas for Customer Entry application.

Customer Queue Display Unit

Main Customer Queue Entry Display Unit is used showing the live ticket queue status in a bigger display unit. It can be single or multiple units placed at the strategic locations or waiting areas. QSENSE supports two versions of Customer Entry Display Unit.

android based

QSENSE supports android based big display devices through its convergence system.

Thin Client based

QSENSE has a thin client based module which can turn any big display into a QSENSE display unit as long as it supports a HDMI port.

Agent Display Unit

QSENSE supports an optional Agent Display Unit which can be placed at agents desk to showcase the customer information and also solicit feedback from the customer. QSENSE supports two versions of Customer Entry Display Unit.

It consists of an android based tablet and a QSENSE Agents display app.

iOS based

This system is used at high end areas for Customer feedbacks.

Display Mounts

QSENSE supports display mounts & frames for all the display units. Display mounts & frames are supported in three versions.

Table tops

These are ideal for place where the display unit needs to be placed on a table top position. e.g the receiption desk.

Wall Mounted

Ideal for Main branch queue display unit and entry display unit.

Floor Mounted

In the form of mini kiosks, these mounting units are helpful for entry display unit and agent display unit.
