• What happens if I choose a wrong plan?

  No worries we've got you covered. You can upgrade the plan anytime either through by reaching us through any of the contact channels. Check out the list of plans. We can also customize a plan for your specific requirement.

• What are the modes of payment?

  We are currently accepting only online transfers. We are working on getting a payment gateway integrated for direct payments and faster reconciliation.

• When can I cancel?

  Although we would hate to see you go, but in case you decide so, you may cancel anytime you wish.

• What about training?

  Voila! We have got a great onboarding deck. Also our support team will do initial configurations & system management for you. So no need to worry.

• Can we go for multiyear plan?

  Yes, you can. We would be delighted and also shall offer you healthy discounts for multi year onboarding.

• What are the hardware options, can you provide it?

  We provide multiple version of the hardware items used for QSENSE. Some of them are already listed here. However in case you need any customized hardware, we can do the same. Being a part of CELECT gives us flexibility in terms of the hardware optimisations & customisations.

• Is there any service guarantee?

  Yes, QSENSE is backed by 99% service guarantee.

• We don't know how many logins we shall need. Can you help me?

  No worries, contact us and send your details like the no of visitors you usually have, how many different processes you are running. We shall create a project scenario and send it back to you.

• Is Agent Display Desk unit compulsory for the system to work?

  Nope, it is not compulsory. However it is an efficient way of getting more out of the system. It not only give you dynamic queuing information on the Agents desk but also acts as faster feedback capturing unit. Check our hardware offering for Agent Display unit here.

• What options are there in mounting of the display units?

  Check our devices page. We provide mounting options for table top systems, wall mounted systems and also floor mounted systems. We also provide various options like kiosks, panels & LCD displays.

• Do you provide devices on rental?

  Yes, we do provide devices on rental for Yearly commitment enterprise plans.

• What is the Digital Signage feature?

  Digitial Signage gives you an option to display dynamic content on the hardware .aspx connected to QSENSE. This content can be anything like a power point profile of your business or a small movie or any add to be displayed.

• How does pre-registration work?

  Pre-registration means that the guest registers himself on the QSENSE system through a web application or mobile app. This ensures that the guest is aware of the expected timelines at the business center. It goes in a great way to enhance customer experience.

• Do you provide any sort of demo?

• What about the support?
